Shipping
Shipping charges apply to all orders. When ordering online, shipping is automatically calculated at check out.
Carriage is charged depending on the weight/value of the items ordered. The minimum cost is £6.50 for UK mainland addresses. Carriage for non-mainland and overseas addresses is charged depending on the weight/value of items ordered.
Although we aim to ship all orders promptly, processing times may vary, and you should allow up to 14 days for delivery, longer for overseas orders.
For customers from outside of the UK, the price at checkout does not include UK taxes, but local taxes may be charged when you import the goods.
Customers are advised to check with their local customs authority before placing an order whether additional duties or charges will be payable.

Returns
Goods may only be returned with prior written consent obtained from Kay Pictures Ltd.
If you want to return an item, you must send an email to us with the delivery note/invoice number and your reason for the return. If we agree to accept the return, we will issue a Returns Number which must be clearly marked on the parcel and any paperwork.
No returns will be accepted or processed without a Returns Number (RN). A restocking fee may apply.
