The pictures are sized for 33cm testing distance and measure from 0.8 to -0.1 LogMAR (6/38 to 6/4.8 Snellen). The card is A5-sized. On each side are both single and linear crowded pictures in crowding boxes, so that children from around 18 months of age upwards can be tested. Each side has a different arrangement of the picture optotypes to test each eye separately.

The double-sided card is matt-laminated with a wipe-clean finish and comes in a handy plastic wallet for safe storage in between uses.
