The Kay double-sided LogMAR letter chart is ideal for screening children‘s vision at 3 metre test distance.

This cost-effective chart comprises 6 Sloan letters presented at optimal crowding (half letter width separation), and comes with a matching card.

The chart has LogMAR sizing from 1.0 to -0.2 with 5 letters per row (except 1.0 size). At each acuity size LogMAR and VAR scores are displayed on the left side of each chart, and Snellen and Decimal equivalent scores are displayed on the right.

Test each eye with a different side of the chart for exact comparison of their visual acuity, as the same letters are used at each acuity size in a different combination.

There are two holes at the top of the chart and a hanging cord is provided. Made from robust plastic, the chart is wipe-clean using soap and water.
