The Brock String comprises of five coloured beads on a 2-metre length of polyester (non-stretchy) cord for home exercises aimed at improving binocular alignment. Each bead is 10mm in diameter. The cord is 3mm wide.
Exercises involve positioning the three beads at different distances along the cord and moving the eyes to look at or follow the beads.
