Yes, we provide a visual acuity conversion chart for testing at 3m and 6m distance. You can download it here.

Yes, Kay iSight Test Business is available for organisations using Apple Business / Schools Manager and MDM distribution. It offers access to the same content as Kay iSight Test Pro on a single or multiple centrally-managed mobile iOS devices.

Kay Say & Match is not available for organisations but can be downloaded for free on both iOS and Android devices.

We currently offer free trials for your patients of our Amblyopia Tracker which is available for both iOS and Android mobile phones.

Kay iSight Test Professional
The app offers each user the choice between a monthly or annual subscription period.
All first-time users receive a one month free trial. You can cancel the subscription at any time within the free trial period at no cost. After the trial period has ended, subscription charges will apply accordingly.

Kay iSight Test Business
There will be a small, initial download cost per device to access the app as well as a fixed-term, annual licence fee paid directly to Kay Pictures Ltd which ensures the app installs updates and continues to function on any new Apple device and iOS update during the term of the agreement. Please contact us for more details.

Kay Say & Match
This app has no subscription model, it is completely free to download from the Apple AppStore and Google Play.
Three games can be accessed free of charge and the fourth game is an in-app purchase for a one-off payment.

Amblyopia Tracker
The Amblyopia Tracker has no subscription model, and is only fully functional with an activation code. Eye Professionals will be able to purchase valid codes which they can then pass on to their patients for use.

We are able to ship our products to most countries; however, should you wish to place an order from the USA, please get in touch with us via email contact@kaypictures.co.uk , so that we can advise on the options available to you.

Carriage is charged depending on the weight/value of the items ordered.
The minimum cost is £6.50 and should usually not exceed £20.00 for UK mainland addresses.
Carriage for non-mainland and overseas addresses is charged at cost and varies depending on the weight of items ordered.

When ordering online, the cost is automatically calculated at check out.

Usually there will be VAT and a customs clearance fee to pay in order to receive the goods. This can vary by country, so we are unable to provide specific costs.

For customers from outside of the UK, the price at checkout does not include UK taxes, but local taxes may be charged when you import the goods.
Customers are advised to check with their local customs authority prior to placing an order whether there will be any additional duties or charges payable.

Although we aim to ship all orders promptly, processing times may vary, and you should allow up to 14 days for delivery, longer for overseas orders.

To purchase individual Kay Fun Patches, visit our UK online shop, where you will also find an overview of our international distributors, detailed instructions and a choice of helpful accessories to aid patching compliance.

Adult Eye and Glasses Patches are available from the Ideal Eye Patch eBay store in plain and pattered designs. You can also order Kay Magic Patches for private use.

Goods may only be returned with prior written consent obtained from Kay Pictures Ltd.

If you want to return an item, you must send an email to us with the delivery note/invoice number and your reason for the return. If we agree to accept the return, we will issue a Returns Number which must be clearly marked on the parcel and any paperwork.

No returns will be accepted or processed without a Returns Number (RN). A restocking fee may apply.
